Double bedroom available in a friendly professional houseshare in the heart of Chapel Allerton.

Three current housemates are all in their mid to late twenties. We are currently looking for a fourth person to join us as our housemate is relocating to move in with their partner. At the moment we are advertising one bedroom however, due to work another housemate may be relocating in the near future which means that we may possibly have 2 bedrooms available (the second bedroom being larger).

We are a sociable house who enjoy spending time together but equally respect each other's personal space. Our ideal housemate would be someone who is easy-going and up for a laugh.

The room up for grabs is a 'cosy' double room, with 'great potential' ;) The room has a built-in wardrobe and wooden floors. The bedroom has enough space for a small desk and there is also space at the kitchen table to work from if you need to WFH. The rest of us work from our respective bedrooms.

The house is spread over four floors and has a communal lounge, large kitchen space, one bathroom and basement with a washing machine. During lockdown the house has been spacious enough for us to all live comfortably.

The property is located within walking distance from local supermarkets (Aldi. Lidl and the Co-op), shops, parks, cafes and bars (when they finally open again).

There is a very small garden to the front and patio to the back. Neighbours are friendly and the house is in a safe neighbourhood.

The house has free on-street parking and excellent transport links to the city centre.

Monthly rent: £250 per month
Deposit: £200
Bills: approx £60 per month (incl. utilities, broadband and tv licence)
No cleaner - we all chip in to maintain a clean home.
