I will be moving into this lovely and spacious 3 story house located just between the Chapel Allerton allotments and the park, just a couple minutes walk to the centre of Chapel Allerton. I will be moving in from the 1st August and I am looking for a housemate to share with.
The house has two double bedrooms, one with private shower and sink in a room to the side. The main bathroom is shared and has one other shower. There is a communal living room and kitchen and there is also another room that can be used as a study/studio or single bedroom room.
There is also a gorgeous private garden space at the back of the property and basement space for bikes and such.
The house is fully furnished and has washing machine, dryer and dishwasher inlc.
I am a Teacher at a local Secondary school and really I am looking for a nice housemate to share this wonderful home with. I am quite laidback and love to socialise but completely respect peoples space. I'm clean and tidy and enjoy having a pint or a night in. I myself enjoy gardening and hiking, with some bouldering thrown in there.
