I've recently bought a house in Chapel Allerton and I'm looking for a lodger to move into the fully furnished bedroom available.

In terms of what you'll be getting; this is for a double room in the heart of Chapel Allerton in a comfortable three bedroom mid terrace. The kitchen and bathrooms have been fitted out in the last two years and every room has double glazing.

All bills are included; council tax, broadband, electricity, water, and a cleaner, all inclusive at £750 PCM.

A bit about me..

I'm a full time professional working in finance in the center of Leeds, and I moved up from London to the home county around a year ago.

Always up for a trip to the pub and eating out etc. Mid week you'll find me watching a series or a film on netflix, or going for a run / gym.

Housemate..

Ideally looking for someone who's sociable, tidy and generally quite relaxed to be around.

It'd be great to have a call / meet up to know whether we'll get on.

I just used the photos from the listing when I bought the house, furniture etc is included.
