I am Elaine, a live-in house owner, easy-going and down-to-earth. I live with my 2yr old 5lb toy Maltese poodle, Buddy.

I am renting out my medium-sized double room with a built-in wall-robe, desk, chair & study lamp, bean bag sofa chair, TV and TV unit, bedside unit & lamp. (Please note, I am in the process of re-decorating this room (from very girly to gender natural) and am happy to discuss personal preference with the new occupant.

The room is heated centrally, and all bills are included (within reason)

This is a well-kept house (not perfect or obsessive) but cleaned daily; a ready hot shower (the bathroom is cleaned after every use. We also have a downstairs loo and sink); a dishwasher, large screen tv., a comfy sofa, and separate wind-down massage reclining chair, Netflix, Prime, fast speed broadband, and of course, Buddy. (There is always the choice to watch TV in the privacy of your room, as I often do).

The Kitchen is also spacious and tidy with a coat /shoe rack area and plenty of Kitchen cupboards, and an American-style sized freeze freezer.

Rent also includes water, electricity, gas, and TV licence fees.

This is a sought-after location within an equal distance between Chapel Allerton and Chapeltown, behind The Chapple Allerton Hospital. Nearby multi-cultural shops and restaurants, fish n Chippy bar and supermarkets, local pubs and wine bars.

Less than 5min walk to 4 bus routes which take 5 minutes to Leeds City Centre every 10 minutes.

15 mins drive or 20-25 mins walk to Leeds City Centre.

This Townhouse is on a clean, quiet street with street parking at the back, a managed communal grass lawn garden, and a patio at the front. The neighbours are friendly, and we are within a 2-minute walk to the local park with an outdoor gym.

I love cooking, enjoy yoga, taking the dog walking and listening to podcasts, the odd movie and a glass of wine.

My house is more of a place to relax and work peacefully. If you love small dogs, there is plenty of fun and cuddles to be had with Buddy.

Buddy is playful, doesn’t bark much, and will never disturb you in your room.
