Lovely, cosy house in the heart of Chapel Allerton

The house is in a safe, friendly area with lots of families around. Chapel Allerton Park is just a 3-minute walk away, and all the local pubs, cafés and restaurants are within easy reach. There’s a great range of shops nearby too, including Co-op, Aldi, Lidl and Tesco Express, so everything you need is close by. The property comes with a small front patio, which is a lovely spot for a morning coffee or a drink and a chat on a sunny evening.

We’re the current tenants of the house and are looking for a third person to join us. We’re both young working professionals with backgrounds in the arts. We’re a multicultural, LGBTQ+ household and like to keep the house clean, relaxed, and respectful. We enjoy a quiet night in with a film just as much as heading out for drinks, a party, or seeing friends.

We’re looking for someone friendly and easy-going who would enjoy being part of our home! Sadly no pets are allowed :(
