Fully furnished double room available in a lovely 4-bed house in a leafy little street only 300 yards from the centre of Chapel Allerton. The house is gorgeous and has tons of space and loads of natural light.

Stunning newly created 7m x 7m kitchen/diner/chillout room with two sets of bi-folds opening onto large patio and lovely secluded garden... perfect for BBQ's...oh and there's a bar in the garden thanks to lockdown!!

Gorgeous separate lounge with 2 large sofa's and great TV for movie nights.

Large timber conservatory with wood burner (currently a bit of a gym!) seperate utility room with washer and dryer, downstairs wc, bathroom with wet floor shower and separate toilet for use by 2 people only and a 4th bedroom that is left as a spare (guests welcome) that has lots of storage space in it.

Current housemates are both into the usual stuff...chilling watching TV, going for a few beers, gigs, festivals, cooking, eating, drinking and being merry!

We are definitely not looking for someone who just wants somewhere to sleep or spends all their time in their room.

Both have 'professional' Monday-Friday 9-5ish jobs and would like someone similar.

We have both house shared before and like a nice sociable atmosphere, watch TV together, sometimes eat together, always happy to have the odd glass and a chat on a school night and like to enjoy the weekends.

However, whilst friends round for dinner and bbq's in the summer are a must we won't be having house parties every week.. it's far too nice a place for that!! And we are both extremely clean and tidy.

Bedroom is approx 15ft x 12ft nicely decorated and fully furnished with new carpet, double bed, chest of drawers. and large wardrobe. It's at the back of the house and looks out over the mature garden.
