About the bedroom - There is a kingsize bed, a large three door wardrobe, bookcase and chest of draws. The room has been repainted and cleaned top to bottom. It is laminate flooring and there is a large window which welcomes the sun in the morning. There is also an Ethernet port for quicker broad band in all rooms.

About the bathrooms - One is a wet room complete with toilet, basin and mirror cupboard. The second has a 5ft bath with a shower over the top, toilet, large mirror, sink cupboard unit.

Both are laminate floored and both have heated handrails, spot lights and extractors.

About the living room - there is a large leather sofa, large leather arm chair, tv, phone etc

About the kitchen - the best room in the house with space to eat at the table, for multiple people to cook at once, large amounts of storage. A dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer. If you like to cook or bake this is the place to do it.

About the garden - the garden is paved and has the sun throughout the evening and into the night. Good for bbq's, get together and even drying clothes.

About the basement - there is a large amount of overflow room here for 'extras' and also this is where the washing machine is located along with various diy tools.

Parking - parking is available on street and is usually quiet enough to get a spot. If not there is parking within 30 seconds walking distance.

I like to keep on top of any problems in the house and resolve things with a week or two if a little more than bargained for.

The street is well kept, the houses are white washed and we know a few of our neighbours too.
