Double room available in Chapel Allerton terrace

Hello!

I am currently looking to fill the spare room in this lovely house.

The available room is a great sized double (4.3m x 3.1m) with exposed floorboards, sloping ceiling and is furnished with double bed, bedside table, dresser drawers and large clothes rail.

The rest of the house is lovely with a large, well-equipped basement kitchen which is perfect for socialising and a cosy front living room. As with a lot of houses in this area, this is a back-to-back terrace so doesn't have a back garden but there is a sectioned off front garden. There is also plenty of street parking (no permit needed) and it is never a problem finding a place.

I'm a primary school teacher and have been living in the house for around 3 years. With past housemates, we have managed to get a good balance of independence and doing things together which is something I hope to find again. This is the perfect house if you're looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed on the weeknights with the occasional pub quiz, dinner or cinema trip (when pandemics aren't out to ruin things).
