Furnished Double room in Chapel Allerton home!

Hi,

My name is Georgie and I have recently purchased a gorgeous semi detached home in Chapel Allerton and am looking to fill the double room.

The house consists of a kitchen with patio doors going out onto the decking and spacious back garden, a separate living room with large bay windows and a brand new wood burner, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a converted attic room for storage.

I am looking for a sociable house mate who would want to muck in and make it their home too, rather than seeing it as a hotel! I work full time Monday to Friday so my weekday evenings tend to be pretty chilled with film nights, nice meals, and the odd miserable trip to the gym as im currently training for my first half marathon! On the weekends I have to admit I enjoy the odd glass of wine or 5, a good night out, and being out and about and active.

I have decorated the whole house and furnished it, the room that I am renting I have currently left it as the old tenants had it - but once I have found someone to move in I will paint it to freshen it up whatever colour you want and am going to furnish it too- again - how you want it.

Rent wise I am looking in the region of £500 per month plus bills.

Looking for someone to move in asap.
