Living room

The house is a big 3 story terrace, with a small front and back yard (big enough for a BBQ and a little gathering!)
The ground floor has a nice big lounge, a kitchen/dining room, a utility room, and a downstairs toilet.
There’s a washer, drier, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, space in the utility room to store a bike, and a separate pantry - plenty of storage.
The middle floor has two bedrooms and a house bathroom.
The top floor is another two bedrooms (yours would be there).

There are Nest smart systems throughout the house that control - the central heating, smoke alarms, and Google Homes.
We’ve got Virgin high-speed broadband (100MB), with a Google WiFi mesh network so that there’s the strongest possible WiFi throughout the house.
There’s a house alarm (control with your own fob or via an app), and security cameras installed for extra peace of mind!
There’s plenty of on-street parking.

Your room:
A top floor very generously sized double room with high ceilings. It has a huge double window so it’s really light and airy with a great view over Leeds. Furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Your housemates
You’ll be sharing with 3 other people (2 male 1 female) - all professionals in their late 20s-early 30s, a Graphic Designer, a yoga teacher, and a Doctor.

We’re looking for another professional roommate, someone friendly, considerate, tidy and up for the occasional socializing, but we all appreciate our own privacy too.

The area
We’re in Chapeltown, the area has the best of both worlds - it’s fairly quiet around here but also full of life. Lovely community, lots of creative people, everyone’s really friendly.
We’re between two major transport routes into town with regular buses. Chapel Allerton centre is a 15 min walk, and it takes about 20-30 mins to walk into town. It’s a short walk to Potternewton park, Gledhow Valley Woods and Meanwood Valley trail. Roundhay Park is a very short drive away.

£100 deposit
£495 per month includes:
- All the usual bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax)
- A cleaner twice a month, for a deep clean
- Entertainment subscriptions we have are: Netflix, Now TV and Prime Video
- We’d appreciate a reference from a previous landlord
- 6 months minimum tenancy, with a 1 month notice to move out
