Double room for rent at the bottom of Chapeltown Rd. Price includes rent & all bills - i. e. council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, TV licence / fire stick / Netflix, gardener and cleaner. There is a front and back garden, a garage and a loft for storage.

You’d just be sharing with me and I’m very laid back but like to keep things clean and tidy. I work from home for Leeds University as a Learning Technologist in Engineering. I'm sociable and go out around 3 evenings a week to see friends, exercise, go to restaurants, dance lessons, etc. but enjoy staying in too - especially now I'm lockdown-trained!

My hobbies include lindy dancing, wine, cooking and reading and I love older music (50s, 60s, Northern Soul, etc).

I'm ideally looking to live with a professional of a simliar age. Any questions, give me shout. I‘d also consider midweek or weekend rentals.
