Room To Rent In Cute 2Nd Floor Flat Chapeltown

looking to sublet the spare room in my lovely flat :)

the flat: is 2nd floor of a huge georgian (?) house, in a great location with v cute treetop views, also with shared garden and nice neighbours. third housemate would be my slightly dysfunctional but loveable cat.. the spare room is massive but can get a bit cold - it has a double bed and chest of drawers and sofa.

the landlord is redecorating so should be newly painted - until this happens the rent would actually be 300/pcm inc bills per room so if ur the right person and want to move in sooner could be cheaper for a bit ;)

about me: i'm an architect and working full time atm (sometimes wfh sometimes on site/in the office) but i do 3D design and illustration in my off hours. i'm into games (video and board!), watching movies, walking etc etc i feel like this is a lonely hearts ad

looking for: someone who's up for being a proper housemate.. especially with the current (and future?) lockdown it would be perf to find someone up for cooking dinners and watching trash tv with lots of wine--in lieu of the clubs ever being open again

preferably queer but not a dealbreaker ofc
