Only 5 minute walk to the train station (6 mins Journey to Leeds on the train. Trains run every 30 mins). 8 mins walk to the bus stop (time to Leeds on the bus is 20 mins, buses run every 10 mins). M621 is 5 minute drive. M62 is 10 min drive. Leeds is on your door step for shopping, however Morley accessed by bus (15 mins) train (4 mins) or walk. I’m very laid back, friendly, sociable and easy to get on with and I respect privacy when required. I would accommodate your guests/family visiting. The house is large enough for you to enjoy your privacy when you want it. I want you to feel this is your home. I am not running a business.... this is my home that I’m inviting you to share. ALL bills included (broadband too). I am happy to accept rent on a in advance basis aswell as monthly. (£120 pw)
Smokers are very welcome but outside only (there is shelter). VIEWING IS VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
