Living room

House/room: A nice 2 bed terrace with a single room available through the week as I don’t really want anyone here full time, (no offence). I can be flexible with times so don’t be afraid to ask :D. The room currently has a decent sofa bed that pulls out into a double, brand new carpet, it needs a coat of paint which I will get around to soon! Other furniture can be arranged/ storage. Churwell, is a nice area of Leeds, 5 mins drive to the M62 and M1, white rose shopping centre & cinema, 15 mins walk (3 min drive) to cottingley train station (7 minutes in to the city centre). Bus stop is 2 mins away, busses are every ten minutes. 5 minutes walk to Tesco express and the commercial pub. Welcome to use all facilities eg. Washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, Cutlery, plates pots and pans. There’s a nice living room to chill out in with tv and broadband. Kitchen and bathroom are both pretty good standard. There is no driveway but it’s a private road so I own the space in front of the house, enough space for a car which I am happy for you to use while you stay.
About me: I’m 29, enjoy music and a beer/ socialising and the occasional jog. I work in the city centre roughly 9-5. I get along with most people if you’re slightly interested send a message and we can have a chat!
