I am a professional who is hoping to find a great housemate.

The house is clean/modern/spacious with easy access to Leeds city centre, the M62 & M1.

Parking is available on the cul-de-sac immediately outside the property with additional parking nearby.

The location is a 3 minute walk to a train station that is a 6 minute journey into Leeds. Bus routes are close by and the White Rose Shopping Centre/Morley town centre are also within a 5 minute drive.

The room is in a spacious 4 bedroom house and so isn't the typical crowded house share. The kitchen is large, well equipped and leads onto a nice garden. The lounge is spacious but cosy and the bedroom comes furnished, including a TV.

I keep a tidy home and am sociable but respectful.

My ideal housemate will be friendly and will look after their (our) home.
