BILLS INCLUDED. I am a 30 year old professional looking to rent out a room in my house. I am quiet, clean and tidy so would like to find someone similar. The house is a large 4 bedroom property but I am just looking to share with 1 other person.

The rent is £600 per calendar month which includes all bills e. g. gas, electricity, water and council tax, broadband. Sky, Netflix and Disney+ are also included. The property has a shared living room, kitchen and dining area. There is ample on street parking, good transport links and Leeds bus station is a brisk 15-20 min walk away. The local area is mainly family’s with a few houses on the street occupied by professionals.

I have my own private area/rooms at the top of the house which would make it easy for you to have your own space. The room for rent is on the middle floor and is the large master bedroom, it currently has a built in wardrobe and a separate chest of draws, a double bed with mattress and bedside table. The main bathroom is also on this floor and as I have my own it would be exclusively yours, there is also a smaller bedroom on this floor that you can use as a home office or lounge area.
