Mon - Fri let. Your own self contained area on the top floor of a huge and beautifully renovated Edwardian terrace, with bedroom, private bathroom and own living room plus off street parking. A beautiful garden with seated areas has been created over lockdown. There is super fast broadband from two hubs and you will also have your own fridge in the kitchen.

We are a quiet but friendly household with a live in landlady, her small dog - and one other lodger on their own separate floor.

This is not a typical houseshare in that we each have separate living areas. We might cross paths in the kitchen / dining room and have a chat over a cuppa but are pretty self contained otherwise.

The house is opposite Manston Park, close to lively Crossgates high street with convenience of local shops plus new restaurants and bars popping up all the time. Easy walking distance to rail station, only 6 mins to Leeds centre, 30 mins to York. Numerous bus routes literally on doorstep - X27, 40, 64 and 56 - plus Odeon Luxe and The Springs shopping centre / 24 hour PureGym a short hop away.
