Room in a 2 bedroom house in farnley

I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom house in farnley that is basically furnished and newly decorated. I would be charging £450 a month all in. Obviously they would just have to pay for their own food then. My house is a terraced town house that consists of a through living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and an attic for extra storage. There is also a paved garden to the rear and a small garden at the front. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a dressing table, bedside table, bookshelf and a fitted triple wardrobe and airing cupboard. I have a 3 year old cat as well so the interested person would need to be ok with cats. I would want a tidy person who I can get a long with so someone of similar age would be preferable and someone who goes out to work full time as I work from home as a Family Support Worker so some of the meetings I have are of a confidential/sensitive nature.
