Double Room in Leeds (Farsley):Professional Female

Hello! I’ve recently bought a 3-bed, stone terrace in Farsley and looking to rent out one of the spare rooms to a friendly, cat-loving, professional female who needs a cosy home! The house is right off the Main Street in Farsley- so a short walk down to the Mill, bars, cafes etc but also less than 10 min walk to New Pudsey train station so an easy commute into the city centre.

I’ve just moved in so there’s still some decorating & furniture buying required -however the attic room has been recently decorated and ready to go.
I haven’t bought storage yet so happy to talk about what you might need or want to bring with first. I’m also open to discussing switching rooms to the double on the first floor if anyone has a strong preference!

I’m flexible on start date with my priority being finding a good fit housemate wise.

I work for the NHS so am out at work Mondays-Friday. During the week I generally spend my time winding down, cooking and going to yoga or bootcamp, and on weekends enjoy getting outdoors, having a wine in the sun and travelling to see friends.

I also have a black and white cat called paddy! He’s an outdoor cat so spends a lot of time pottering outside, but would need somebody who is cool with a cat cuddle!

Current rent is bills included and based on the house being empty most of the day. If you work from home most of the time I might need to assess how that affects bills over time and tweak the price :)
