Double room to rent in luxury house in Farsley

Lovely double room with en suite bathroom and separate second dressing room / study within luxury 4 bedroom house in Farsley.

You would have exclusive use of the top floor of the house where these rooms are located as well as access to all the shared accomodation including the large deluxe house bathroom, kitchen-diner and living room etc.

I'm a busy marketing professional and squash player who is often away on business or out at the squash club so you'll often have the whole property to yourself.

I'm looking for a mature, tidy, easygoing, considerate and respectful lodger who is just as happy doing their own thing but who may equally be happy to share a bottle of wine and dinner once in a while.

Please note that friends and guests would only be permitted to stay at my discretion.

I have a gorgeous small Patterdale terrier called Toby who stays with me 2-3 days per week so ideally you will be a dog lover. Please note he is not allowed upstairs.

The monthly rental fee includes all bills and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks for 2 hours.

Farsley is a great little village with fantastic amenities about 2 miles north of Leeds. It has excellent transport links (New Pudsey train station is 7 minutes walk from house & a taxi to Leeds costs c.£10
