We have a lovely east facing 'Yarden' with lots of beautiful flowers which has the sun until the late evening, and a bbq that's available for use.

There are 2 females late 20’s that are looking for a social, fun and clean housemate to share their home with (along side our 2 cats Alvin and Earl, who mostly keep themselves to themselves.

House located just off town street towards the top end of the lovely Farsley. Farsley is a lovely town with lots of young professionals. The house is only a 10 minute walk to New Pudsey train station with a 10 minute ride to Leeds & Bradford, with regular trains also going to Manchester and Halifax. The town has lots of local amenities, shops, cafes, restaurants (an amazing pizza place with a great quiz once a month), galleries, gyms... basically everything you need. I have lived her for 2 years now and love it.

The room is £500 a month which includes all bills.
