Double Room To Let

Double room to rent in my 3-bed home in Micklefield, a small village on the outskirts of Garforth town.

Only ~20mins on the train into Leeds or York city centre (30mins by car to the centres).

Bedroom has
- good condition double ottoman bed + mattress
- bedside table
- corner table
- very large triple inbuilt cupboard and wardrobe, full height and 1m deep

Shower room is shared then there is lounge (with wood burner), kitchen, parking, garden (with pizza oven) & a garage semi-converted into a work-out area.

I’m easy-going, work in Leeds on office hours and like to keep fit. Main hobbies are rock climbing, hiking, biking and travelling. Life is an adventure!

My other housemate is Chris, who is a good technologist with a busy lifestyle and a standard hours job.

I also have Netflix & Spotify. All bills, internet, council tax & contents insurance are included, plus a bi-weekly
Cleaner.

I can’t carry my phone at work so sometimes a text is easier than a phone call. Cheers
