Plenty of parking available on the road outside of the property (this is a quiet, non-busy road)

The property has lots of close-by amenities, 2 miles away from Huddersfield Hospital, 2 miles from the train station in Slaithwaite, this routes to Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield. The M62 motorway is roughly a 7 minute drive, routing onto either Manchester or Leeds direction.

The property is situated in Golcar, with only a 5 minute walk to the village which consists of a pharmacy, 2 co-ops, post office, cafe’s, butchers, library, restaurants, bistro bars and other small business shops.
