I do own two Sausage dogs one who is 10 named Martha which is a tiny miniature Dachshund, she is very well behaved and sleeps in the kitchen of a night. The other is Mabel and is 4. . If you are dog intolerant then this isn't the house for you. Being smooth haired minimalist moulting.

No time wasters please. I have had the unfortunate experiance of people coming to look and saying they want to move in only to then say they havent got deposits ect. Can you please only contact me if you have references and deposit in place to move. You will be obliged to completed a lodger agreement of which you will get a signed copy. Failure to sign will mean no lodgings ! Sorry if this sounds a little harsh but I have had to do this now. Credit checks may be required.
