Large, light and airy attic bedroom for rent. Newly decorated. Very spacious.

Furnished with a large double ornate wooden bed, single bed which doubles as a day bed/settee, dressing table, drawers, double wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There are lamps next to both beds. There is a large flatscreen tv with Sky Q and superfast broadband.

Non smokers are preferred but smoking is permitted in the garden or the 'smoking shed' if bad weather.

The house is an end Victorian Terrace. The house is set over 3 floors. More pictures of my home can be shared. Please just ask .

Large living room to share with everything one needs and a modest kitchen fitted with all the mod cons.

There is ample parking and a delightful courtyard with potted plants and benches for sitting out.

Very quiet street with only a handful of houses. Lovely neighbours too.

I am a single professional woman and work full-time Monday to Friday. The house is pretty quiet during the week and livens up towards the weekend. Although consideration would be taken if tenant works weekends.

I am prepared to accept shorter bookings by negotiation, plus can offer discounts for early bird bookings.

This is a happy hippy quirky house with great energy. There is also extra storage space if needed

All bills are included in the monthly rental price, as is a help yourself light breakfast. Towels and toilet roll also provided.

Friends/family to visit can be negotiated not a problem.

I very much want the tenant to feel this is their home too and I am not precious about space etc..

I like the odd glass of wine and nip of gin and am very sociable. I love a good natter.

There is a beautiful large bathroom with bath and overhead rain shower.

The kitchen is compact and very well equipped with all the mod cons and white goods that the tenant is welcome to use. There is a washer and a dryer as well as an additional freezer.

I small friendly dogs, Rosie. I have a dog walker for when I am working. The tenant must like animals. dogs in-particular.

Special consideration could be given to well behaved couples. All to be negotiated as would monthly rental if for more than one person.

I may be willing to negotiate the price for the right person as I fully understand how difficult moving is in terms of monies.

One months rent up front on move in
