Double room available in my flat
Comfortably fit a double bed and wardrobe etc (currently stands as my dump room)
Would prefer someone who works - I work from home and also studying law so need to be able to focus (when I'm not procrastinating)
I have a cat - so would need to be ok with him as he thinks it is his flat :)
Bonus if like sports - specifically football
Council tax is band A and included in the weekly rent as is the broadband - all other bills extra -- gas and electricity would be around £45, water £35 pcm
