I have a spare room to rent in my 2 bed house. The house has 1 shared bathroom.
Downstairs there is the kitchen, newly installed.
Dining/living room with TV and access to Netflix, Disney amazon and Apple tv
Then there is the boardroom, this is the location of my climbing training wall. Any Tennant would be welcome to use the board. It is 50° overhanging, there are also a collection of fingerboards in the room.
I live alone with my dog. My dog is a black lab who has full movement through the house, apart from the spare room. He is very friendly and loves attention.
