Hello! I have a double room in my flat available. It has a feature fireplace and a small, shelved, built-in cupboard. The room leads to the balcony which overlooks the private gardens and other flats. The room gets the sun in the morning.
In the flat we have a large front room, with feature fire place and big bay window. The kitchen is small, but functional! There is a spare room, where there is space for a desk / bookshelf and other storage.
The block of flats is quite old and most folk who live here are fairly quiet. I would say anyone who is interested in moving in would have to keep this in mind, and be considerate to our neighbours.
A little bit about me :
I like to live quite tidy and clean, and for everything to have a place. I dont often have lots of people round but I do like to be sociable with a flatmate. I work in a brewery tap room so my working hours can be daytime or evening. I'm also a working artist, so I often have projects on the go, and use the spare room / front room to create.
I'm looking for anyone with similar interests and living requirements, who would like to make a cosy living space that we can share and keep together!
