Spacious room available in Headingley with great transport links to the city centre and universities by bus or train.
Leeds Beckett is just a short 2 minute walk to the rear of the house.
Headingley train station is 7 minutes walk, and the bus stop is less than a minutes walk.

The room itself faces to the rear of the property, with plenty of storage space it has a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. It has a shared bathroom but as there is an en-suite with one of the rooms therefore the main bathroom is only shared between 2 people.

Currently there are 2 people between the ages of 23 and 32, both professionals. I work away but live in the house next door so when I am back I can easily sort any issues with the house.

Everyone in the house is pretty clean and considerate so the same would be expected.
