The nearest bus stop is two minutes walk away and Headingley train station 7 minutes walk away. Also only 15 minutes by bike from Leeds Uni and the centre, and 5 minutes from Leeds Beckett. Washer, dryer, electric stove, electric oven available.
Looking for 3 friendly, clean and quiet housemates. Postgraduate students preferred. Young professionals welcome but a higher rent would be applied due to council tax liable in that case. It’s a 7 month contract but there’s potential to extend that when the time comes.
