The House
The house is a stone built three bed terrace with a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom and shared courtyard to the rear which is ideal for sunbathing and BBQ's! The third bedroom doubles as a study / guest bedroom which you would be more than welcome to use.
The Room
Large bright double which is fully furnished and has recently been full redecorated. The deposit is £500.
The Area
The Far Headingley area is great with Cottage Road cinema over the road, pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby, Meanwood Park, Headingley (including good sized Sainsbury's store) and Meanwood nearby and regular bus routes into town.
Me
I am friendly, relaxed and considerate.
I like to get out and about when I'm not working and like to exercise, cinema, gigs, drinks, eat out and head out into the hills.
You
It would be great if you are looking to socialise, like some similar things but equally do your own things and check in now and again over a beer / glass of wine.
I would want you to feel like it is equally your home and am keen to share all common areas.
Boys and girls equally welcome within range of say 25 - 38.
