Spare Double Room in Cosy Flat - Headingley

Due to a change in circumstances, I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy in a cosy, low priced flat in the centre of Headingley. It is a 3 minute walk away from the main Headingley street - tucked away in a little side street off the main road.

The room is medium sized fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of draws and there is plenty of extra storage space in the flat if needed. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen. Bills and Wifi are all sorted by the current tenants and are an extra fee on top of the rent.

The current tenants are two very friendly and sociable 21 year old women and would love to befriend anyone who decides to move in. One is a professional and the other a student in her fourth year so the flat environment is quiet and relaxed most of the time. I'm ideally looking for somebody of a similar age who is also a professional to replace me.

The tenancy runs from 1/7/2020 - 31/6/2021 so the new tenant would be contracted to stay for this length of time.
