Double Room Headingley with bonus cats
I have a double room available in a 2 bed 1st floor flat in headingley (less than 10 min walk to arndale centre).
The flat has a decently sized kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an entry way. Gas central heating, virgin ultrafast WiFi, a dishwasher (changed my life) and combo washer dryer. A cleaner currently comes fortnightly but if someone moves in I will up this to weekly just to make life a little bit easier.
The room has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes (so lots of storage!), desk and dressing unit with drawers and mirror. I added the desk as so many people have been working from home but if it’s not needed to save space I’m open to removing it.
I am a 29 year old accountant currently working a hybrid model. I am still an active Pokemon Go player, watch the same sitcoms over and over and wake up early on days RuPauls drag race is released so I can watch it before I see any spoilers. I moved back to Leeds in 2020 after 10 years away in Newcastle and then Edinburgh and hope to be pretty settled now.
I have 2 cats, Molly (12) and Seymour (9 months) they both have access to outside though Seymour is way more enthusiastic about exploring while Molly prefers to curl up on the couch with whoever has a fluffy blanket. Unfortunately the size of the flat means that any other pets would probably be too much.
The room is available from now but I’m not in a huge rush to get someone in immediately so can be flexible with dates and I will consider both short and long term lets. I would prefer a female flatmate.
