Myself and a housemate are leaving our lovely house because I am moving for a new job, so luckily my amazing housemates that are staying are looking for new housemates.
Rent is £390, bills come to about £85 per month (not included)
The house is so lovely, with a large garden and equally large rooms. It's an amazing location, right opposite the Headingley High Street Arndale Centre but on a cul de sac so it is still private and quiet. There is a massive drive that can easily fit 3/4 cars.
The rooms avaliable are an attic room (3rd Picture) that receives tons of light and a first floor bedroom (2nd room in video) with large south facing windows
