Sunny En-suite Double Room in Headingley

Hey I’m looking for someone to move into this room because I’m moving to Birmingham for work. The rent is £608 a month including bills!

The room is a double en-suite facing south-west so it gets the sun all afternoon/evening. It’s fully furnished and there’s an electric shower with hot water all day.

The kitchen/lounge is shared between the 5 bedrooms and the current tenants are all young professionals and they’re a really lovely group of girls. If you’re friendly and tidy you’d get along great!

I work from home and the wifi has never been an issue for zoom calls or watching Netflix. There’s also a dishwasher!!! And separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

There’s off road parking at the back of the property which is always easy to park in and the room faces the back meaning it’s quiet. There’s also a bus stop opposite the house that goes straight into Leeds city centre.

The house is in Headingley and it’s a 5 min walk to the shops/gym/pub.

I’ve really liked this room and I’m genuinely sad to leave the house and the girls. The room will be available on June 26th but you could take it from the 1st July if that’s easier.
