Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving out of my double bed room in a 4 bed house in LS6 1DJ (in-between Hyde park and Headingley)

Sharing with 3 other girls in their 20s and the remaining housemates are looking for another girl . All masters students so most suited to either other students or young professionals

Has close links to both universities, nearby transport routes such as buses & near Burley Park station and great location for local amenities such as cafes, supermarkets, pubs (24 hour Sainsburys, Co-op, Wetherspoons) all are walking distance

Fully furnished room bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers 🛌

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom space complete with washing machine bath & shower, separate toilet from bathroom 🛁, also has outside area/garden with space to dry clothes with parking both on and off road is also available 🚗

590.95 pcm with utilities/bills such as water, gas, electricity, wifi included & deposit is £300

Available from now until 30th June 2025 but there is still availability to extend the contract to the following year (with the estate agents)
