This is an absolute gem of a flat that we will be very sad to leave, we're only giving it up because we're buying our own place!

It's a spacious 2-bed with a large bathroom and two good bedrooms, with plenty of living space. It's got a lovely cosy vibe and has been great for having friends round for games nights and hosting parties.

It's also an ideal location, right by the Golden Beam and Hyde Park Book Club and with a frequent bus into city centre stopping at the end of the road so plenty of options for a Friday night!

The neighbours are very friendly and there is a large shared garden with benches and a barbecue that all residents can use.

It's the cheapest band of council tax and heats up quickly in winter so bills aren't too pricey. Plus there is no deposit required!

If you're looking for a 2-bed in Leeds I can't recommend this one enough! We are replacing ourselves in a contract which runs until 30th June, hence why the ad says 8 months - but you would obviously be welcome to re-sign and stay for longer.
