I am looking for a non-smoker to rent the double bedroom in a three bedroomed property. Short term let considered.

The other two rooms are let to a professional make and a post graduate female.

The rent is £385 including bills. The bond is £500.

It is furnished having a large living room with balcony; good sized dining kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc.; 3 bedrooms; a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is ample car parking.

It is on Queenswood Drive at the Headingley Stadium (cricket/ rugby) end, it is first block of maisonettes. The maisonette is on the 2nd floor and overlooks Kirkstall Valley with fantastic views.

It is a 5-10 min walk into Headingley Centre, opposite Headingley train station (10 min trip to Leeds Station), on the 56 & 19 bus route (20 min journey to the city centre or 45 min walk) and backs onto Becketts Park.
