I am looking for like minded young professionals or students to have a houseshare in my fully renovated home. I would like people who are respectful clean and tidy.
I don't charge any fees and just ask for one months rent deposit (depending on room), standard contract and references and one months rent upfront . As I am a private landlord I don't charge anything for paper work or admin fees and printing contracts etc. I don't ask for much other than to treat the house with respect.
