4 bed, great area, 5 mins to Burley Park station

The reason for the spare room is that someone here has bought a house and is renting out the house to one of our current house mates. (not as confusing as it sounds aha)

Despite this being a student property (in terms of contract), we are all professionals besides from one mature student. (Software Engineer, Marketing & PR Executive and mature student).

This house is gorgeous which is why we don't want to go elsewhere! Two of us have lived here for 3 years.

It's great location wise:

- five mins walk from Burley Park train station
- five mins walk from coop on cardigan road

It's beautiful throughout and incredibly homely!

Bills: Gas, Water, Electric: £50 per month. This includes a small amount which goes towards household items (loo roll, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets etc).

We are looking for someone who wants to get stuck in. This house is like a family. We get on so well here and we genuinely are up for anything but very respectful of the working week.

We are a super inclusive bunch, and will invite you to a lot of stuff if you want to come with us, similarly we will go to anything you want to do (again if you want). We want someone who wants a clean house but won't be a dick if it gets a bit messy occasionally. Here we all clean together, we don't argue about it and yeah its pretty cohesive.

We DO NOT WANT:
- a couple living in one room (simply fridge space does not work we've tried this before),
- anyone who is loud or inconsiderate during the working week (obviously these things aren't exactly desirable ever but going out on the weekend is more than chill)
- someone who just wants a room in a house and doesn't care who they're living with. As I've said before, we get on like a house on fire and this house is super homely and we want to keep it that way!
