2 bedrooms for the price of 1 in Hebden Bridge

Hi,

I'm a current tenant who is sadly moving out of our lovely Hebden Bridge house, and I am looking for one person to take my place.

For the £425 monthly rent, which includes gas, electricity and water, you will have two double rooms (one en-suite, with sink, toilet and shower). At the moment, one is used as a main bedroom, while the other makes for a fantastic home office or spare bedroom, complete with large windows to let in the beautiful Yorkshire air. The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the living spaces are furnished.

The huge open plan living room and kitchen area (with breakfast bar) looks out into the valley from two separate balconies - the views really are breathtaking. On warm summer nights, when the double doors are open, you can spend hours listening to the river stream below, and in the winter you can retreat to the fire (full disclosure: it's electric, but the fake flames are still great to stare at).

Our house is found a five minute walk to the Hardcastle Craggs, and in the opposite direction, a five minute walk into Hebden Bridge town centre. For keen hikers and mountain bikers, you'd be hard pressed to find a more perfect spot. We also have full access to a large terrace which, as we can attest to, is simply perfect for summer BBQs and friendly get-togethers.

Although the house is a four bed property, there is only me and one other tenant who occupy it. She's an incredibly keen mountain biker, loves baking and going to gigs at the Trades, so someone who boasts similar interests would be ideal.
