Located in Popular and exclusive High Ackworth in Walking distance to shops, lovely pubs and lovely countryside.
In a quite cul de sac. Convenient for A1 and M62. Close to Pontefract, Wakefield, Doncaster, Castleford, Leeds etc.
You will have full use of the family bathroom on the 2nd floor where your bedroom is. There is a bath, sink and toilet in the family bathroom. The room is Furnished with Large double wardrobe, double bed (not bedsheets) bedside tables and lamps and large TV Connected to the main aerial.
I live in the house with my 8 year old girl who is very well behaved. I have 1 tiny dog. Lovely garden to the rear of house with decking and seating.
Smokers welcome but smoking outside only.
Use of the lounge is not included however the bedroom is kitted out with a large TV & huge comfy bed - perfect for relaxing.
Professionals people only due to sleeping patterns. We go to bed early (9) and are up early (6)
Would prefer a lady lodger if possible but quiet men fine who keep themselves to themselves.
