Fully furnished single and double room. The single has a loft bed.

It is a 5 minute walk to Hipperholme 'centre'. With shops including a \tesco Express and similar COOP. And bus stops for Halifax or Brighouse. Both 2-4 miles away.

Zero tolerance of smoking whether indoors or outside.

Power , water , internet bills extra - currently approx £45/month

9/4/18 - Just been told , 11 yrs after the fact , that I am in breach of Spareroom rules by not explaining my house/flat share preference which is :
Over the last 24 yrs I have shared with 8 male lodgers . The 1st , a friend , was asked to leave after 5 mnths because of cleanliness in the communal areas , 6 of the other 7 left of their own accord either purely for the same reason or , the last 2 , partly for this reason. I hesitantly rented to these last 2 , who came as a pair, having being falsely reassured by them each being house owners themselves.
Over the same period I have shared with 4 females and had no such issues with any of them . In fact one of them thought my standards should be a bit higher.
