Comes with huge living room combined with kitchen facility which is shared. 1 TV is the Landlords used for communal, the other is the flat mates.
We are essentially looking for a professional adult to take over my contract as I am moving away to London.
The Contract is:
£850 a month - rent and bills are split in half.
Council Tax is:
£130 a month - however the Car Park spot we have is rented out, so this is how the Council Tax is paid for - so do not worry about this.
Water:
Usually £55 every 3 months (so £55 / 2 = £22.50 quarterly)
Electricity:
Ranges from £40 - 60 a month
Broadband (100 MBPS):
£25 (£12.50)
So overall Rent bills come to a number of around:
£425 (Rent) + £7 (Water) + £50 (Electricity) + £12.50 (Broadband) = £494.50
