Ensuite city centre room - great location!

Hi,

I live in Leeds City Centre (Bridgewater Place) and am looking to rent out the second room of my flat.

The apartment is in the city centre, right by the train station, so great for access to the CC or anywhere by train. It has a balcony, nice sized living/kitchen area with big sofa, underground garage (no parking space but is bike storage or can be rented if someone has one available), and concierge. The room is a double, has an ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet), small wardrobe, two bedside tables, and a desk. No computer chair but there's a kitchen chair that you can use or bring your own. I have netflix, prime, a ps4 and a wii setup on the TV in the lounge. There's also a 24/7 gym (£20 something per month for residents), starbucks, tesco and two food places in the building.

The £570pm rent is inclusive of all bills and council tax. 211MBps fibre internet.

I'm originally from Manchester and have lived in Derbyshire, York (Uni), Cambridge and moved to Leeds in September 2020 to try somewhere new. I enjoy going to the gym, the pub, volunteering, drinking both in and going out, watching TV/films, gaming, and cooking. I am tidy and keep the flat clean and would want someone similar.

I'm an assistant manager in a financial services company - partly from home and partly from the office (occasionally working away from home), and sometimes work longer hours.

Ideally we'd start off with just doing a month or two sublease so that we can make sure we get on and give us both the option to end it if it's not working out. Looking for any gender and under 30.

Also happy to consider short or very short term lets if someone needs a space for a couple weeks. Unfortunately no dogs/cats allowed due to the head lease.
