Renting out my spare double bedroom in cookridge, Leeds. Looking for an easy to get on with male or female who can potentially be someone to chill with/got similar interests.

The house is a mid terrace house with a bathroom/toilet upstairs and a reasonable sized porch. The bedroom comes furnished with a large single bed that can be pulled out into a comfortable, generous double, mattress included not bedding. Two double wardrobes and an open large shelf. The bed has 3 deep draws underneath, a lamp and ample storage. The kitchen is spacious, has pretty much everything you would need, and the living room is shared. Back garden has patio furniture and its a south facing garden.
The parking is a communal carpark.
Asda supermarket 10 minutes walk up the road with bus stops and the doctors/pharmacy.

The applicant MUST be good with dogs, I have 2 lovely indoor dogs both of medium/large breed, trained and very affectionate. I would like the applicant to have a good relationship with both my dogs as they are here the majority of the time and a main part of the house.
