Horsforth is a lovely green leafy lively suburb with two Town Streets, many pubs, nice bars, a Banyan bar restaurant, other shops and restaurants, a library, supermarkets and hairdressers etc.
Nearby is a 24 hour Shell garage, take aways, Miller & Carter steakhouse and other shops. Five minutes drive away is M&S, Home Bargains, etc.

There’s a choice of buses into Leeds (a ten minute drive), and two train stations nearby that have trains that go to Leeds, Harrogate, Knaresborough and York, and more.

Friendly, easygoing household, with two females mum and daughter. I work from home.

The room we are renting is the double attic (two rooms) which has a single bed, laminate floor and your own new mini fridge. Good WiFi signal in the attic due to booster. There is a plug in radiator (this must be turned off when you’re out please!)

All of the general cleaning is done by me, you won’t be asked to do anything, except the obvious like your own washing up, laundry, and your room.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, wifi, washer, drier etc. and **as the let is for a minimum of two months i’m asking for two months rent upfront, i’m sorry but this isn’t negotiable.

Please supply your own toiletries and loo roll.
