I will be leaving the house by the end of October 2018. As mentioned, the rent is about 356 pounds per calendar month, but our landlord prefers rent to be paid per semester, which equals about 1040.00 pounds. The water Bill is included in the rent payment, however other bills are not included and the bill payment should be made to the lead tenant every month, or semester as I preferred to do it. 200 pounds per semester or 50 pounds per month. The room available for rent is the only bedroom in the house to come with a fan, or air con unit, Single bed included, a large enough desk with drawers and such, and a small mini fridge.
