Friendly, easygoing minimalist household, currently has two females living here.

The house is freshly decorated. The room i’m renting is:


A large single attic room with a single bed, drawers, a smart tv, WiFi booster, a small fridge and an independent radiator.

All of the general cleaning is done by me, you won’t be asked to do any.

Easy free parking.

Rent is inclusive of ALL bills, wifi, washer, etc. You provide your personal items.

Horsforth is a lovely green leafy busy town, we have many pubs, nice bars, restaurants, two Town Streets, library, supermarkets, hairdressers etc.
Nearby is a 24 hour Shell garage, take aways, Miller & Carter steakhouse, other shops. Five minutes drive away is M&S, Home Bargains, etc. Plenty of health and fitness/ gym/ swimming clubs to choose from.

There’s a regular choice of buses into Leeds (a ten minute drive), and two train stations that have trains that go to Leeds, Harrogate, Knaresborough and York.
