I currently have a choice of two double rooms available in a 3 bed, 3 storey house in Horsforth.
The property has a large front garden, as well as a small patio out back, a garage and off street parking. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
I have two cats (Ricard and Pastis) who are indoor cats. They're used to being around other cats and dogs, so pets are considered.
I run a craft beer shop in Horsforth, so I'm around during the day but not always in the evenings.
One bedroom is currently being used as a studio space, but I would be happy to swap things about if you prefer that room 😊
